Caddo Mills Crossing is a 157-acre project located in Caddo Mills, TX and is being developed into one-acre residential estate lots by Fieldside Development. Located at the corner of CR 2162 and CR 2160. Phase 1 will be comprised of twenty-eight 1-acre lots for single-family homes. Home construction is expected to begin in late 2025. A total of 127 estate lots will be constructed in three phases. Caddo Mills Crossing will offer residents a walking trails (eventually connecting into the Caddo Mills ISD campus), multiple mixed-use pickleball courts, a park for children and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. Community is located in the award-winning Caddo Mills ISD in Hunt County.
